Consumers of Flooring Materials deserve, and pay, for Product Quality, Professional Installation and After Sales Service by the Suppliers but often receive neither quality nor professionalism requiring outside help.

The Consultants of FloorTekTalk are Certified Experts and Consultants as well as Members of FloorReports offering Free Advice to those searching for flooring as well as those experiencing problems with their floors.

The Consultants and Experts will do all they can to help Consumers and when appropriate, advise when it’s time to hire an inspector.

Our Consultants are not Decorators trained with color and style selections and will leave that up to the professionals who are.

Our Consultants are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice, although we can, inform you when it is time to hire an Attorney. We also urge all consumers using Attorneys in Construction or Flooring Litigation to find, and commission, a “Construction Defect Attorney”. Expert Inspectors align themselves with Attorneys forming a “Team” of Litigator and Expert working together benefiting all parties by saving time and unnecessary expense.
